>5 years experience in bakery-patisserie of similar concept to our business.
To be responsible of a team of 4 assistants.
Viennoiseries, bakery patisserie, traditional Italian specialties, Semifreddi, and event cakes.
Some savoury production included.
To work in a Bakery cafe' in the city centre of Dublin.
Good communicator and team worker.
Willing to contribute to the standards of the business whilst implementing our routine production.
English essential.
Permanent full time employment contract.
Reporting to the owners.
